Mr. Prashant Muglikar
Managing Director
Mr. Prashant Muglikar is a Founder & Managing Director of Spaura Infrastructure Ltd. He is a visionary man with immense focus and energy aiming to make a landmark in the infrastructure industry. He has paved his path in this industry 13 years ago as a Government Contractor and has gained vast experience in successfully completing numerous projects in roads and highways construction, real estate and industrial establishments. He has become a serial entrepreneur by establishing multiple companies and running them under a roof as a group of companies. Mr. Prashant is a very good team leader and passionate about adopting new technology, ready to face challenges with flexibility and ready to grab new opportunities. He believes that a company’s strength lies in employee empowerment and adoption of emerging technologies in infrastructure industry. His slogan is ‘Sky is the limit for hard work and focused vision'.
Mr. Shivanand S. Birajdar
Technical Director
Mr. Shivanand Birajdar is the Co-Founder & Technical Director of Spaura Infrastructure Ltd. Mr. Birajdar retired as Deputy Engineer from the Public Works Department. Having
vast experience of 30+ years in civil construction such as concrete/bitumen roads & bridges etc. He was honoured with the ‘Excellent Engineer’ award by the Government of Maharashtra in
2019 for his outstanding work and service in the restoration of a major bridge in Palghar District of Maharashtra. He was also honoured with ‘Award of Excellence’ in 2008 by PWD Thane Circle. Mr. Birajdar has been instrumental in the formation of Spaura that is setting new standards in the Field of Infrastructural Development across India.
Ms. Shailaja Shinde
Administrative Director
Ms. Shailaja Shinde is the Administrative Director of Spaura Infrastructure Ltd. Ms. Shailaja has more than 20 years of experience in Core Administration through diversified sectors. She has expertise and vast experience in project planning, accounting, budgeting and execution. A strong base built up of ethics and the desire to become better is the driving force behind her. These values combined with the strong rapport she has developed with the staff ensures a smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace.
Mr. Shivprasad Birajdar
Executive Director
Mr. Shivprasad Birajdar is the Executive Director of Spaura Infrastructure Ltd. Mr. Shivprasad is a young energetic Mechanical Engineer who heads the in-house design team and is actively involved in continuous value engineering using the latest specifications and methodologies. He is also responsible for strategic planning, project formulation and development of infrastructural projects from time to time. Mr. Shivprasad is always in touch with the latest developments in the fields of technology and management and tries to adopt them in the projects wherever possible. His basic aim is to increase efficiency without any compromise in quality or ethics.
